We accept most plans including CleverCare, Cigna, Anthem, Scan, United Healthcare, BlueShield, Astiva, Wellcare, Aetna, and some PPO plans. Please send your ID card and insurance card to 714-638-8074 inquire about your specific insurance policy benefit plan.
*Without insurance or if insurance is not eligible, the price will be $90 initial visit and $60 thereafter
